Couples looking for peaceful getaways often approach us for holiday accommodation that is a little out of the ordinary. Whilst villa holidays are very popular we are constantly asked if we have something that comes with the added facilities (extra space, a washing machine and private sun beds) that has just one bedroom.
Casa Chloe meets all these expectations and more. Not only do you have the extra space of a private villa, there is an airy interior dining room, a washing machine and a large sunbathing terrace one step from your living room doors. A few more steps and you are swimming in a huge climate controlled swimming pool.
The location is unbeatable too. Nowhere in Corralejo has this level of access to resort amenities. A few minutes stroll in either direction from Casa Chloe takes you to the main resort of Corralejo or in the other, the Big Beaches and Dunes National Park. This is a development of just 16 bungalows, all with private entrances, parking and very close access to every facility that the resort has to offer. A sandy cove is only 400 meters away from Casa Chloe and the popular, extensive ‘La Campanario’ shopping centre is just at the bottom of your avenue.

Inside Casa Chloe has a light and airy interior. The Cheshire based designer sought to position each room so that light floods into the property from every quarter. Your living room/ kitchen is a large well-equipped space with a substantial vaulted ceiling that adds to the character perfectly.
Kitchen equipment includes a four-ring hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, extractor fan, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and a full compliment of pans, serving dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery and plates.
A breakfast bar separates you from the spacious main living area that is equipped with Ikea furniture – sofa, easy chairs, coffee table and table lamps. Entertainment is supported by Freeview TV, an ipod docking station, mini hifi and a dvd player. A library of DVDs, board games and reading material is provided too.
The bedroom has two single beds or a double bed (preference specified at time of booking), bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe. An infant cot and high chair are provided at no extra charge if required.
