Hotels and apartment rentals are not for everyone and increasing numbers are choosing to get up for breakfast when it suits them. If you want to end your day around your own barbeque next to the pool you simply get on with it.
At Escapevillas, unlike other companies operating on a commission only basis (this includes almost every rental company or agent in the UK and Ireland), we actually own these properties. We are passionate about the service quality we provide and our reputation is very important to us. Nothing is left to chance and our accommodation is inspected on a frequent basis. We’ve engaged reputable housekeepers and maintenance managers for the past seven years and their attention to detail is a testament to their professionalism. From your initial enquiry right through to the last day of your rental experience you are assisted by knowledgeable and qualified representatives*.

The most important aspect of booking flights with any airline is to do so using a credit card. This affords the best protection against the airline cancelling their services to you.
The volcanic Ash cloud events in 2010 presented only a minor inconvenience for our guests and in April 2010 we accommodated 2 sets of families at our villas on an extended rental period without charge. Outbound flight cancellations are just as easily dealt with by setting aside future rental dates at our villas of our client’s choosing, again at no extra cost.
Your deposits are refundable in full up to 12 weeks prior to your departure (see our terms and conditions page) so your protection is well catered for within our sphere of influence.
We are not a travel agent
Just to make you fully aware, 'Escapevillas' isn't a limited liability company. The owners are directly responsible for any lawful grievance or claim against them in person and we cannot hide behind any limited liability company status in any jurisdiction. We as the accommodation owners are wholy responsible in person to our guests and that responsibility is one we are proud to take on. In the event of a personal injury our insurers 'Intasure' will meet claims up to 3 million UK pounds.
